Abhay Deshpande is a experienced software engineer and a serial entrepreneur who started his first venture in 1998 in the indian B2C space , with his 12 years of experience in Internet and ecommerce he founded Reasoning in 2006.

Kedar Chaudhary, Director (Technology)

The stalwart in Software development and Management is on team Reasoning. An IIT Khargapur alumnus, Kedar has 18 years of experience. He was the Director-Technology of IVY Comptech, which is a 100% subsidiary of PartyGaming plc, a London stock exchange listed company with the valuation of few billion dollars. He architected massive and highly scalable gaming system for PartyGaming that handled over 70,000 simultaneous users. His core expertise is in Java/J2EE, Client-Server architecture and Web-based applications, and he has successfully led large development teams.

Nitin Padamwar, Chief Technology Officer

“Ain’t no mountain high enough” …perhaps the one phrase that best describes Nitin Padamwar’s technological ambition. As CTO in Reasoning, it is his job to provide Technology Architect solutions, Strategize the delivery plan for various product developments, introduce and build new technology based on the Business Plan and lead all product development. He is also involved in Customer Relationship at the Top Management Level. Nitin has a Masters degree in engineering. He cofounded and promoted Technobahn Infotech Pvt. Ltd. and has over 10 years of experience in conceptualization and developing agile technology solutions.

Girish Kasliwal, Vice-President – Strategic Planning and Operations

Entrepreneurship is in his blood, and armed with a degree in Production Engineering, Girish’s skills are a lethal combination of business and technology. As Founder of Technobahn Infotech Pvt. Ltd. (TIPL), Girish devised business models based on strategic partnerships that created value not just only for the company, but also for the industry as a whole. At Reasoning, Girish focuses on entire Business planning - conceptualizing Business thoughts, validating Business Plans and converting them to reality. His insightful vision of building profitable enterprises by using cutting edge technologies and delivering the highest levels of business values through rapid and intelligent deployment of cost-effective web strategies is remarkable.

Arshad Shaikh

With 8 fruitful years in the IT industry with over 4 in a stalwart organization such as Wipro, Arshad is well entrenched as Project Manager for MartJack at Reasoning. Along with extensive experience on .NET and SQL Server, Arshad also has a sound knowledge of ITIL and PMP concepts. Arshad’s key skills lay in software development, testing and production support. Arshad is an asset to team Reasoning as he brings with him innovative ideas and strong problem solving skills.

Vegesana Venkata Satyanarayana Raju

Mr. Raju is well known corporate lawyer with 15 years of experience as internal and external counsel for large corporate houses. Mr.Raju has promoted a law firm called “Juris Prime Law Services” in the year 2005 at Hyderabad.

Mr. Raju is a Legal Advisor for the Company advising on various aspects of law on day to day basis apart from legal matter pertains to standardization of agreement(s), transaction based documentation, Joint Ventures, setting up businesses in Overseas markets, Human Resource and Intellectual property rights.

Anuj Biyani

He never gives up until the task at hand has been accomplished; quite akin to the sport he enjoys, squash. He goes after the goal with a single minded and dogged determination. After completing a Bachelor’s in Computer Science and Engineering in 2004, he worked with Infosys for about two years before he quit to join Reasoning. Anuj has carried the pcom platform on his strong shoulders from conceptualization, market research, making marketing material, pitches and through every imaginable stage of the application. The result is that pcom has almost 10,000 students on its platform and has achieved a considerable rate of success in the first year of its launch.

Supriyo Chatterjee

Supriyo says that learning and implementation are his key strengths. The success of pcom is a testimony to his dedication and skills. With a Bachelor’s in Computer Science and Engineering, Supriyo worked in Infosys for two years before joining Reasoning. Supriyo has been involved with pcom from conceptualization, design, development and market research. Apart from strategic planning, market research and analysis, 24/7 support, team building roles, he is also the Java consultant at Reasoning. In his spare time he enjoys listening to music.

Sridhar Reddy

With a refined set of technical and managerial skills, he leads a multi faceted team of like minded techies and meets deadlines day after day, month after month…unfazed and always refreshing. Besides working for software heavyweights like Verizon Data Services and Santec Solutions, he has, to his credit, an impressive count of high-profile projects. He believes in encouraging creativity among his team and maintaining healthy group dynamics towards the larger goal of keeping his team motivated and in shape for the next sprint!
